What's the Deal?
20% per seat. That's how much we'll pay you each time someone you refer to our products buys NEO Pro or NEO Find. Note that upgrades are not commissionable. Commissions are payable to the Referral Program Members for sales up to 249 seats if the order includes the Referral Program Member ID (Affiliate Id). On a sale with 10 or more seats we also require that the Referral Program Member document how their involvement influenced the purchase by sending an email to affiliate@caelo.com.
Resellers, VARs and System Integrators please refer to our Caelo Reseller Partner Program for further discount incentives.
It's easy to refer. You can choose from four ways to promote NEO (email, email signature, website or e-newsletter). The more ways you refer, the more money you can make.
You can choose to be paid via PayPal or direct payment via check from Caelo.

How it works
When you sign up in step 1 we assign you your own Affiliate Id. When you choose your ways to refer NEO in step 2 we create a link that's customized for you.
It really doesn't matter how you use your link (email, email signature, webpage link, e-newsletter link, or whatever) – the important thing is that you refer using your customized link. If you alter it, you won't get credit for your references.
When users click your customized link they will be sent to a NEO page that tells users about NEO (and tells us that you were the referrer). If that person then buys NEO we associate that purchase with you.
We Use Cookies
We use cookies to track referral information and to store your Affiliate Id, ... but that's all we use cookies for. See our privacy and customer care policy for a complete disclosure about what information we use and how.
In order for this to work, the people you refer must have cookies enabled on their computer, and you must be the first person to refer them to this NEO promotion.
How and when you get paid.
Commissions are paid using PayPal - you are invited to open a PayPal account when joining our Referral Porgam. Commission payments exceeding $200 can be paid via check from Caelo.
Once we have received a PO, credit card or check payment all sales are considered "on hold" for thirty days (to account for product refunds). After the thirty day hold period, the sale is considered "payable". Commissions on invoiced orders will be paid after the invoice has been paid.
We remit payable amounts within 15 business days of the month end of the date they become payable.
Reporting and how we communicate with you.
Naturally, we use email to communicate with you. We use the contact email address you give us when you sign up.
Depending on your reporting options, we send you an activity report summarizing the number of people who clicked your link and the number of people who you referred have purchased. You can change how often you want to be sent activity reports.
If you have payable reference sales in a month, we email you a Monthly Sales Report with your sales details.
