Members of our Premium Support program can request access to earlier versions of our NEO products by sending an email to premiumsupport@caelo.com - please provide your premium support license so we can process your request.

Alternatively a backup CD for previous versions of our products can be ordered through our webshop. The CD will come with your license information included. You can send us an email at sales@caelo.com indicating the required version.
