‘e-mail productivity’ software company, announces the release of NEO Pro 4.0.
NEO Pro, an email productivity add-on for Microsoft Outlook, uses patented indexing technologies to automatically organize Outlook messages.
A key innovation of NEO Pro is the automatic organization of emails using virtual folders. Combined with a lightning fast search function and time-management workflow principles, NEO Pro provides the capability of fully automating daily email activities thereby significantly increasing productivity.
What’s new in 4.0:
NEO Rules - for increased
efficiency & email prioritization
NEO Pro 4.0 gives users even more control over their Inbox by introducing NEO Rules, which allows users to assign even more effectively non-critical email to less important Bulk Mail folders.
IMAP compatible
NEO pro 4.0 now supports IMAP allowing IMAP message stores to be included in NEO Pro’s email organization. NEO Pro users can now combine IMAP message stores with other (PST) message stores available in Outlook to complete their automated email organization and for greater email productivity.
