Caelo Software releases NEO Pro 5.0 with all new User Interface and features to control the flood of email

NEO Pro 5.0 is a fully redesigned User Interface that provides users with more ease of access to their important emails quickly. Now for the first time NEO Pro 5.0 includes a conversation view in the message list to keep track of email threads and an annotation feature for keeping notes on emails.
Users will continue to enjoy NEO Pro’s key innovations - automatic organization of emails using virtual folders combined with lightning fast search functionality and time-management workflow principles. NEO Pro 5.0 provides the capability of fully automating daily email activities thereby dramatically increasing productively and reducing workflow stress. Redesigned User Interface
The new clean look features a Ribbon toolbar (optional). The Ribbon view is much more user friendly and provides the familiar look and feel of other Microsoft Office applications.
Conversation View
Keeping track of email threads made simple! Expand and collapse email threads within the message list.
Personal Email Notes
Now for the first time NEO Pro users can easily add notes to individual messages for future reference. In NEO Pro style, messages with notes are also indexed and available in a virtual folder for quick access!
Export Correspondent Contact Details
Export details of all Correspondents to a CSV file for access outside of NEO Pro.
Many more minor improvements
NEO Pro users will find a host of minor improvements in the User Interface that add up to a more robust and user friendly email management tool.
