Rules option not available on the Tools menu

Problem

When upgrading from NEO Pro 3.x to NEO Pro 4.0, occasionally the new Rules option is not available on the Tools menu.


Resolution

---

Reset manually the main menu:

• Right-click the toolbar and select Customize
• High-light the Main Menu and hit Reset
