How to enable/disable Full Logging on NEO Pro/NEO Find to support error debugging

Topic T1238 Applies to NEO Pro 8 (build 813x and higher) / NEO Find 4 (build 413x and higher)

Background

With any release there are errors occuring in every day and widespread usage which are hard to find under more controlled testing in the development environment.
To better diagnose these errors in the field, latest NEO Pro 8 and NEO Find 4 versions have a hidden option to switch on Full Logging to capture detailed software behavior to better analyse such errors.
As this full logging is impacting performance (and the logfile continues to add data), this is only to be used on instructions by Caelo Support and to be switched off after the error has been captured.

Therefore, once enabled, NEO Pro/NEO Find will show a reminder at every startup in case this logging is still enabled.

How to enable/disable Full Logging

To enable Full Logging, follow these steps: How to use Full Logging: To disable Full Logging, follow these steps:
In case of problems with this feature (e.g. NEO Pro isn't starting properly), you can also switch manually this full logging on/off in following way: If you need further assistance, please contact us at support@caelo.com.
