This describes the changes in the following release:
Version: 5.0 Build 525
Released: 30 October 2010
Release 5.0 Build 525 is an updated build to the first public beta release of the upcoming major release 5.0.
All new functionalities planned for the new version are now included in this beta. Earlier versions of NEO Pro 5 have been tested by a selected group of users through our 'invitation only' beta program. This version is now available for all interested users.

When installing the Beta release for the first time, a beta license will be obtained valid
until the end of the beta period (which may be extended if needed).
After the Beta period, a normal evaluation license can be obtained
before deciding to purchase the upgrade.
When upgrading from NEO Pro 4 a rebuild of the catalog is needed before this version can be used.
When returning to the released version 4, there is no need to rebuild the catalog again as all v4 settings will be preserved. To return to v4, simply uninstall the beta version and reinstall v4.
What's new in this build: Improvements
- Using a NEO Pro 5 (beta) evaluation license, the Help | License screen will now show previous license information to assist in upgrading the license.
- When viewing a message, switching status to 'read' after several seconds is now disabled when 'Unread' filter is active or 'Unread' folder is selected to avoid messages disappear from view.
- Added several icons for use on the Quick Access Toolbar.
- New shortcut: Ctrl+Alt+T or Ctrl+Alt+Z to open Category Picker with focus in Edit box.
Issues addressed
The following issues have been resolved:
- When filing an entire conversation (with Conversation Integrity 'on') focus in the message listing could jump to a random position.
- Importing a saved layout didn't always set column for Conversation View correctly.
- After a reset of the user interface, the subject column did not always show.
- Performing a Jump to Folder action with filters enabled caused erroneous behavior when switching filters.
