Upgrading from NEO Pro 3.x, 4.x or 5.x
Download and install the latest version of NEO Pro in the same location as your current NEO Pro. All your settings will be carried forward. When upgrading your license will need to be upgraded to be valid for the latest NEO Pro version. You can however freely try the new version on an evaluation license. Upgrade licenses are available here.
When upgrading from NEO Pro 4.x or earlier, you should rebuild your catalog by clicking the File tab then Catalog, Rebuild Catalog. This will reprocess your messages to accommodate new features.
